We have grown since this video was taken – it all started out of a home office with a couple of part time employees.   Patience, excellent staff and customer service are the key elements that allowed us to grow and become a vital organization that “Provides the Human Touch to Insurance.”

King and Companies, incorporated in June of 2002, is a minority-owned business.   Our Mission and goal is to Provide the Human Touch to Insurance, through innovation, customer service and providing high quality products with integrity.

Driving Force

We are not like most insurance consulting practices, as we were one of the first, if not the only, that created our own portal technology that allowed collaboration between owners, controllers and human resource staff, at all locations, with access to insurance and human resource forms.   We did not purchase a human resource and benefit software program, we created one.     We work with high-tech, low-tech and no-tech clients.
